South Lake Project

We think core drilling your boundary Colorbond fence on top of our 1 metre reconstituted limestone blocks creates a clean, stylish fence line, just like what we have done here on our South Lake project. The added benefit is, the limestone blocks retain variations in landscaping levels between properties, meaning no dirt above the bottom rail of your Colorbond fence.

Before, During and After- 1

By straddling the boundary with the limestone blocks, we can install a Colorbond fence straight on top, along the true boundary.

Before, During and After- 2

We stepped the Colorbond fence down at the back of the property, where the neighbouring property was the same level and no retaining was required.

Coogee Project

Our Coogee project required a diagram to be submitted to the City of Cockburn for approval prior to installation. One requirement of the panel and post retaining wall was that it not encroach onto the neighbouring property. We installed a Colorbond fence and cut and re-laid brick pavers to fit around the new fence.

Before, During and After- 1

Panel and post retaining was installed to support the paved driveway. A Colorbond fence was installed inside the boundary.

Before and After- 2

Installing a Colorbond fence at the same level as the driveway provides maximum privacy.
