Wellard Project

On this large block in Wellard, we replaced the existing timber log retaining with a reconstituted limestone block retaining wall, incorporating stairs between levels and custom hand rails to the stairs. We maintained the original shape of the retaining so the existing artificial grass could be reinstalled.

Before, During and After- 1

1 metre reconstituted limestone blocks were installed as stairs along side the new limestone retaining wall.

Before, During and After- 2

An affordable solution was used to replace these stairs, using pine timber sleepers and paving the treads. Custom timber hand rails were made.

Before, During and After- 3

More limestone steps were added to replace hazardous existing steps.

Before and After- 4

Timber retaining was installed for this path and pavers relaid.

Before, During and After- 5

The path that lead from the new limestone stairs we installed to the patio area was rebuilt using existing pavers and new timber retaining.
